pilatesWorking with the Pilates Principles Nadine is a Balanced Body Mat I and II, Reformer I Instructor. Nadine has experienced a huge transformation in her mind and body from Pilates and Yoga. Encouraged by her progress, she finally decided it was time for her to share the gift of Pilates with others by enrolling in the Balanced Body training. On a daily basis, Nadine is inspired by the changes she see’s in front of her as she watches people build strength and make health a priority. Her classes are fun and light-hearted that will leave you with a smile on your face.

Nadine is a sports massage therapist following the Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Trainingen at Balanced Body University with Suus Wilms, 2nd Generation Pilates Master Mentor.

To grow, learn, develop and hone in her teaching practice she follows several workshops like MELT® for Pelvic Floor and inner Core Health and MELT® Hand & Foot treatment, Pelvic Power Franklin Method, Fascial Fitness with Robert Scheip Ph.D, Pilates Breast Awearness, Pilates & Pregnancy, Standing Pilates, Balance pad & small balls with Balanced Body & Suus Wilms from Pilates United,
